Just got my first espresso "machine" - the Formland Design Award winner, Handpresso Wild.

In short: all you need is hot boiled water and an espresso pod (E.S.E. pod), and by pumping up the pump to 16 bar you can release the hot water through the espresso pod, creating a lovely cup of hot espresso.

After a few cups I don't regret buying it - makes lovely espresso easy and quick.

MobileMe - at last

Finally I got the MobileMe mail issues resolved. After a couple of mails, they have "whitelisted" my mailservers IP address, and mails are coming through.

Still i have a few issues - but maybe that is just MobileMe's way of doing things? I would like to get all spam mail in my Junk folder, but is MobileMe's spam filter deleting/rejecting mails instead of moving them to the Junk folder? I guess I just have to have blind faith in their spam filter then. Or choose to redirect my mails through gmail anyways, to be able to check gmail for false positive marked spam.

I just had to have one of those russian watches, when I first discovered them. I really love winding it up every morning, and I am just getting used to the 24 hour scale. And I am actually amazed by it's quality!

MobileMe - mail issues

Since I started using MobileMe, I have run into some issues with my mail.

As I wrote in the first impressions blog post, my setup is that I forward e-mails from all my previous e-mail accounts to my new @me.com e-mail address. This has caused some unexpected issues.

Since some of my old e-mail addresses are many years old, they receive a lot of spam, resulting in most of the redirected mails to my @me e-mail address is spam. This makes the me.com MX servers block incoming mails from my mailservers IP address - which is just all bad.

I contacted the MobileMe support through their support chat, and they sent me a mail with some questions for me to answer regarding mails that comes through, and mails that are bounced. I have replied, and now I can't do nothing more than wait, while hundreds of e-mails are set in queue on my mailserver.

Ultimately, if they choose not to "whitelist" my mailservers IP, I am forced to keep using IMAP on my own server, and loose the MobileMe PUSH ability for the iPhone.

Another thought - does MobileMe just block/delete spam before it reaches my inbox/spam folder? I would like to have the ability to check my spam-folder for false positives - is that impossible?
